What you write
What you write in Anilog — notes, list names, reports — stays yours. You give Anilog the permission it needs to store it and show it to the people your settings allow, and to keep it in backups for as long as the privacy policy says.
Effective
These terms are between you and Henry J., who runs Anilog (anilog.me and the Anilog apps). By using Anilog you agree to them. How Anilog handles your data is in the privacy policy.
Anilog is free and in beta. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind: features may change or go away, things may break, and data may be lost. Keep your own copy with the export in Settings if your list matters to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Henry J. is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Anilog or from not being able to use it, including lost data.

Titles, dates and other catalog details come from the sources listed on the Sources page, each used under the licence named there, and from Anilog’s own corrections. Cover art, where shown, is loaded from its source; otherwise a plain coloured tile stands in. Names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners. News headlines link to the sites that published them. Anilog is not affiliated with MyAnimeList, any of those sources, or any studio, publisher or streaming service.
The catalog is not guaranteed to be complete or correct. If something looks wrong, use Report a problem on the title, or email.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Anilog may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and may change or shut down the service. Where it can, Anilog will give notice so you can export your data first.
Links to the catalog’s sources, streaming services and other sites take you to sites with their own terms. Donations are handled by Stripe, are entirely optional, and do not buy any feature or level of service.
These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top changes with them, and using Anilog after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
